Administration Office:

The Administration Office is responsible for processing all incoming and outgoing correspondence received from the Department of Justice on the following:

• Transfer of Sentenced Persons Acts 1995 and 1997.
• Responsibility in relation to obtaining reports for the Mental Health (Criminal Law) Review Board.
• Liaise with relevant Garda Districts on applications under the Maintenance Act, 1994, from the Central Authority, Department Justice.
• Processing incoming and outgoing applications made to Garda Districts under The Hague Convention.
