 AN GARDA SIOCHÁNA, THE HEALTH SERVICE EXECUTIVE SOUTH EAST AND WEXFORD COUNTY COUNCIL.

 

Public Notice Under European Communities (Control of Major Accidents Involving Dangerous Substances) Regulations 2015

 

An Garda Síochána, The Health Service Executive South and Wexford County Council are each required by the above mentioned regulations to prepare plans to deal with effects off-site and to assist, where relevant, with the emergency response on-site in the event of a major accident at:

 

Rochefreight Warehousing Ltd, Wexford Road, Rosslare Harbour, County Wexford. Y35 TX3F

 

A draft copy of the External Emergency Plan can be viewed at the following offices;

Dates for viewing are from Monday 16th September 2024 to Friday 11th October excluding weekends from 09:30 - 16:30 hours.

 

Submissions and observations with respect to the proposed external emergency plan can be made up to 16:30 hours on 11th October, 2024.
