Rathfarnham Athletic Club 5K Road Race on the 29/9/19

Rathfarnham Athletic Club 5K Road Race, Sunday 29th September 2019 at 10.00am in aid of St. Luke’s Cancer Hospital, Rathgar.

The Rathfarnham Athletic club 5km Road Race takes place on Sunday 29th September 2019. The main race commences at 10.00am.This Road Race is in its 22nd year and is a well established major athletic event. It is anticipated that in excess of 1,500 runners will participate.

Top athletes are expected to complete the course in approximately 15 – 18 minutes with the remainder to finish within 20 – 30 minutes. Walkers will take a little longer.

The course will involve 1 ½ laps of a preordained circuit (Map of course route is attached).

Similar to last year, there is three Juvenile races. Under 12 Under 14 & Under 16. These will be run on Dodder Park Road. The Dodder Park Road at Fairways and Rathfarnham Road will be closed at 9am.
