An Garda Síochána Human Rights Strategy 2025-2027 – Request for Submissions

An Garda Síochána is currently developing its Human Rights Strategy 2025-2027. The Strategy will aim to build on previous Human Rights Strategies and further develop our Human Rights based approach to policing.

In this regard, submissions are sought from interested civil society organisations and advocacy groups for consideration with a view to enhancing An Garda Síochána’s human rights based approached to policing for individuals or groups they represent.

Any personal data that is provided by respondents as part of their responses is processed under Article 6(1)(a) and Article 9(2)(a) of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Section 55(1)(b)(i) of the Data Protection Act 2018, as applicable.

Any personal data provided will not be retained for longer than is strictly necessary for the purposes of any analysis or reviewing of the feedback results.
