I am seeking the following under the Freedom of Information Act -

The top 15 monetary sanctions imposed on Gardai to be found in breach of Garda discipline in 2021 and the nature of the breach of discipline in each case.

The number of Gardai to be suspended from duty in 2021 and the reason for the suspension in each case and the corresponding figures for 2020.

The number of Gardai to be found to be in breach of Garda discipline in 2021 and the total amount imposed in fines last year and the corresponding figures for 2020.

The number of Gardai to be dismissed from the force on 2021 and the reason in each case and the corresponding figures for 2020.

The number of Gardaí attached to the Naas Road Policing Unit as of 1 January 2022.

Broken down by Garda, Sergeant and any higher ranks if applicable.

Under the Freedom of Information Act 2014, I would like to request the total number of attacks on gardai in (i) 2019, (II) 2020 and (iii) 2021, with a breakdown by garda division, and by the injuries that were suffered.

1) The number of Gardai by rank that retired from the force in the years of 2019, 2020 and 2021 in tabular form
2) As of 7 January 2022 The number of Gardai that have applied to retire from the force between 10 January 2022 and 30 April 2022 in tabular form

The numbers of sworn Garda members who have resigned, as opposed to retired, from January 1, 2017 to today, January 10, 2022.

I request the information in tabulated format by year and by rank. For example: 2019: 15 gardai, 12, sergeants, etc.

If possible, I would also like to know per year how many members who resigned were asked to do so by the Commissioner.

Over the past five years, how many former Assistant Commissioners, Chief Superintendents and Superintendents have been re-employed in some form by An Garda Siochana.

Could I be provided with their names.
Could I also get a breakdown of what services they were hired to carry out and also how much they were paid.
In addition, could I be provided with details of how many were given back a laptop which was previously assigned to them while a serving member of the force.

Under the FOI Act, I am seeking the following:

I am conducting a study on voluntary resignations from An Garda Síochána over the past 5 years as part of my thesis and wish to make a request under the Freedom of Information Act for information which is essential to assist with the study.

To ensure the data I obtain is accurate, voluntary resignations should only include individuals who have resigned voluntarily, and should NOT to include figures for retirements, dismissals or discharges due to ill health.

The information I am requesting is as follows:

• What is the total number serving members in An Garda Síochána as of today's date (15/03/2022)?

I wish to make an application under the Freedom of Information Act 2014 in respect of Garda expenditure on Third Level Educational Courses.

I am seeking the total number of personnel funded at each rank as set out in the table below on all third level courses for the academic year 2021/2022. The below table was kindly provided as part of a previous FOI request. The reference FOI-000447-2021 refers if this is of assistance.
