Brief Details of Crime:
Christopher Payne was attacked in his home, at 82 Rutland Grove, Crumlin, Dublin 12 on 13 May 1988, by a number of persons. He received serious head wounds as a result of this attack. He was treated in hospital for his wounds but never recovered from the injuries inflicted. He died six months later in November 1988.
