I am making this request under the Freedom of Information Act and would like to be provided with the following information please:

How much was former assistant commissioner Jack Nolan paid by An Garda Siochana for giving evidence at a recent State Tribunal of Inquiry and how many hours preparation work did he submit to An Garda Siochana?

How much was former assistant commissioner Dónall Ó Cualáin paid by An Garda Siochana for giving evidence at a recent State Tribunal of Inquiry and how many hours preparation work did he submit to An Garda Siochana?

How much was former commissioner Noirin O’Sullivan paid by An Garda Siochana for giving evidence at a recent State Tribunal of Inquiry and how many hours preparation work did she submit to An Garda Siochana?

How much was former commissioner Martin Callinan paid by An Garda Siochana for giving evidence at a recent State Tribunal of Inquiry and how many hours preparation work did he submit to An Garda Siochana?

• The number of firearms training certificates issued/renewed in each of the years from 2017-2021; and the amount earned for such in each of these years.
• The number of firearms training certificates rejected in each of the years from 2017-2021, and the reasons why.
• The number of firearms licences rejected in each of the years from 2017-2021, and the reasons why.
• The number of firearms licences issued/renewed in each of the years from 2017-2021; and the amount earned for such in each of these years.

I wish to make a Freedom of Information request under the Freedom of Information Act 2014.

I wish to know the total amount spent on upgrades, refurbishments and maintenance (including electricity and heat costs) on the Garda Headquarters in Phoenix Park.

Under the Freedom Of Information Act 2014, I request the following:
a. The amount spent by An Garda Siochana for outsourced and in-house data protection training for members in each of the years 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020 and 2021.
b. The budget for this training for each respective year, and an itemised list of the actual expenditure per year.
c. The identity of companies contracted to provide this training; the services procured from each company; and how much money each company/service received per year.
d. Records of the course curricula; the duration, level and accreditation of the course where applicable; and the number of people trained per course.
e. The unique number of individuals who received this training, per year. By this, I mean a count that avoids double counting individuals that attended more than one course.

I would prefer to receive this information electronically, preferably in its original
formatting.

I would like to make a FOI request under the Freedom of Information Act 2014. Under section 7 of this act, I would like access to the records held by An Garda Siochana. The information I am seeking relates the road traffic enforcement fines revenue relating to the R830 Kill Lane, Dublin.

In excel or pdf format, I am seeking the monthly monetary amount of all Fixed Charge Notices issued by An Garda Siochana on this road from 1 January 2019 to 31 December 2021, broken down by offence group (if possible).

1) The amount An Garda Siochana spent on purchasing fuel for Garda vehicles in 2021 and to-date in 2022 in tabular form
2) The name of the company that was awarded the contract to supply fuel to Garda vehicles; when is the current contract for the supply of fuel to Garda vehicles is next due for renewal
3) The names of the companies that applied for the contract for the supply of fuel to Garda vehicles at the last tender process but were unsuccessful in tabular form
4) The name and job title of An Garda Siochana official that decides which contract to accept when the contract for the supply of fuel to Garda vehicles is put out to tender

Under the FOI Act 2014, I am seeking the following:
In the February 2022 An Garda Síochána Monthly Report to the Policing Authority it stated:
“Special Message from the Commissioner: Gender Based Violence and Domestic Abuse In late January 2022, the Office of Internal Communications issued a special message from the Commissioner to all Garda personnel which encouraged those within An Garda Síochána that are affected by or experiencing gender based violence to come forward to seek support.
This message included the details of all internal and external resources available to them should they wish to report the crimes against them or seek emotional support.”
I would like to obtain a copy of this special message, the full text of the message plus any attachments it had. I would prefer to receive this information electronically, preferably in its original formatting.

Under the FOI Act 2014, I am seeking the following:
- the amount levied in fines for non-wearing of masks for each garda district for the calendar year 2021.
- the amount collected in fines for non-wearing of masks for each garda district for the calendar year 2021.

- Records in relation to the harassment complaints within the force in 2021
- Records in relation to the number of assaults on members of An Garda Siochana by members of the public in 2021

1) The number of fixed penalty notices that Gardai issued for parking on Double Yellow Lines on Newbrook Road, Dublin 13 in the years of 2019, 2020, 2021 and to-date in 2022 in tabular form; The amount generated from issuing of these FPNs in the timeframe of the question
2) The number of fixed penalty notices that Gardai issued for driving with no tax on Newbrook Road, Dublin 13 in the years of 2019, 2020, 2021 and to-date in 2022 in tabular form; The amount of revenue generated through the issuing of these FPNs in the timeframe of the question

I would like to make a request under the Freedom of Information Act pertaining to human resources into how many Gardaí are qualified to drive a powerboat as part of the Garda Water Unit and what qualifications these Gardaí have obtained.
