Under the Freedom of Information Act 2014, I am seeking the following please:
-          a breakdown on the spend on tyres for all garda vehicles from 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022 to date.
-          Any correspondence in regard to the use of dedicated tyre companies to change tyres on garda vehicles 2019, 2020, 2021 and 2022 to date.
-          correspondence on the nature of this or multiple contracts in regard to their operators changing tyres on garda cars.

Clarification of Parts 2&3:
The documents I'm looking for are around the procurement and employment of tyre companies on contract basis by An Garda Síochána and any of the practice and procedures agreed for their use by gardaí.

• Records of the amount of money paid to individuals/firms in 2021 and for the first six months of this year for media training and PR services, and the number of Gardaí to receive media training in 2021 and the first six months of this year and their rank.
• Records of the number of PR firms who applied for the tender in 2021 and this year and how much the tender in each year was estimated to cost
