Acting Executive Director, Human Resources and People Development

Yvonne Cooke was appointed to the Senior Leadership Team in September 2021, with responsibility for Human Resources and People Development. 

Prior to her appointment, Ms. Cooke was the Director of Human Resources for the Police Service of Northern Ireland.  

Ms. Cooke brings over 20 years of policing & security experience, specialising in the areas of; Human Resources, People and Organisational Development, Service Design and complex Cultural Change.

Ms Cooke is an Eisenhower Fellow, with a professional international footprint spanning across the public, private and not for profit sectors.

• Master Practitioner Neurolinguistic Programming (2016)
