Gardaí are appealing for witnesses following a serious road traffic collision that occurred on the N11 Stillorgan, between the junctions of Mount Merrion Avenue and Priory Drive, Co. Dublin on Thursday 5th November 2026.
The collision involving a car and a pedestrian occurred shortly after 7:05am.
A male (aged in his 80s) was conveyed to St Vincent's University Hospital for treatment of serious injuries.
The road was closed for a period and has since reopened.
Gardaí are appealing for any witnesses to come forward.
Road users who may have camera footage, including dash-cam, and were travelling on the N11 Stillorgan, between the junctions of Mount Merrion Avenue and Priory Drive, Co. Dublin during the time period of 7:00am and 7:20am on Thursday 5th November 2026 are asked to make this available to investigating Gardaí.
