Gardaí arrested 5 males following a managed containment operation on the N3 Road, Blanchardstown, Dublin 15, this morning, Tuesday 11th February 2025.

At approximately 4:00am this morning, Gardaí on patrol from Blanchardstown Community Engagement Area observed a car driving dangerously and a managed containment operation commenced.

During the course of this operation the offending vehicle collided with a marked patrol car.  The car then came to a stop when it collided with the edge railing of the N3.

Five males fled the vehicle and were subsequently arrested on the roadside.
