This office has been advised this evening that the man (20s) arrested in connection with a serious assault in Clondalkin, Dublin 22 on Saturday 4th January 2025, has been charged with assault causing harm, contrary to Section 3 Non-Fatal Offences Against the Person Act 1997.

The man appeared before Court 2 of the Criminal Courts of Justice Dublin this evening Monday 13th January 2025.
