Court Appearance: Animal Cruelty Offences, 26th June, 2024.

Gardaí investigating criminal activity at state lands in Killsallaghan, Co. Dublin on Wednesday evening 26th June, 2024 have charged a man.

The man, aged in his 30s was arrested at the time of the incident and the Director of Public Prosecutions has directed that he is charged in relation to the incident. 

He is due to appear before Balbriggan District Court tomorrow morning, Tuesday 7th January, 2025 at 10.30am

Investigations ongoing.
