Update - Witness Appeal - Criminal Damage by Fire at Rathasker Stud, Naas, Co. Kildare Friday 7th February 2025

Gardaí have arrested three individuals as part of an ongoing investigation into a fire at Rathasker Stud in Naas on Friday, 7th February, 2025.

Three male juveniles in their mid-teens were arrested during an operation this morning, 19th February, 2025, and are detained under Section 4 of the Criminal Justice Act, 1984, at a Garda Station in County Kildare.

All three have since been released without charge and referred to the Garda Youth Diversion Programme.

Investigations are ongoing.
