The second man in his 20s arrested by An Garda Síochána as part of this investigation has been charged.

He is expected to appear before Dublin District Court (Court 3), Criminal Courts of Justice this morning 19th February 2025.

The other individual arrested as part of the investigation remains in PSNI custody at this time.
