Update (3) – Court Appearance - Fatal Assault South Anne Street/Duke Lane Upper, Dublin 2. 15th February, 2025

Issue Date: 18/02/2025

A man in his 20s arrested as part of this investigation has been charged. He is expected to appear before a sitting of Dublin District Court at Court 3, Criminal Courts of Justice, Parkgate Street  this morning 18th February 2025.

The two other individuals arrested as part of the investigation remain in Garda and Police custody at this time.
