Update (2) Court Appearance: €14m Drugs Seized and Arrests in Operation, Co Laois and West Dublin, 4th February 2025

Two of the men, both aged in their 40s, who were arrested in connection with this investigation have been charged.

They are expected to appear before Portlaoise District Court this afternoon, Thursday 6th February 2025 at 2pm.

A third man, aged in his 50s, arrested in relation to this incident has been released without charge. A file will be prepared for the Director of Public Prosecutions.

Investigations are ongoing.
