Operation Fógra – Court Appearance Following Arrest, West Dublin, 5th February 2025

As part of ongoing investigations into drug-related intimidation, Gardaí from west Dublin arrested a man yesterday, Wednesday 5th February 2025 under Section 17 of the Criminal Justice Act 1994.

He was detained at a Garda Station in Dublin under Section 4 of the Criminal Justice Act 1984.

The man, aged in his 30s, has since been charged and is due to appear at the Criminal Courts of Justice (Court No. 1) this morning, Thursday 6th February 2025 at 10.30am.
