Court Appearance: Assault in Maynooth, Co. Kildare, 3rd February 2025

Gardaí have arrested and charged a man following a serious assault at an educational establishment in Maynooth, Co. Kildare, on Monday, 3rd February 2025 at approximately 6.50pm.

A man (aged in his 50s) is receiving medical treatment for serious but non-life threatening injuries at Connolly Hospital Blanchardstown. Two other males were also injured during the incident.

A man (aged in his 20s) was arrested in relation to this incident and has since been charged. He is due to appear before Naas District Court this morning, Wednesday 5th February 2025 at 10.30am.
