As part of an investigation into the sale and supply of drugs in Co. Clare, Gardaí have seized just over €1,600 of suspected cocaine, a cocaine press, and a shotgun, during a number of searches under warrant in the Quin Road area of Ennis, Co. Clare, today, Saturday 26th April 2025.
A number of other weapons, drugs paraphernalia, and a small amount of cannabis were also seized.
The operation was conducted by members attached to the Clare / Tipperary Divisional Crime Task Force, supported by the Southern Region ASU, the Divisional Drugs Unit and the Garda Dog Unit.
The drugs and firearm will be sent to Forensic Science Ireland for examination.
No arrests have been made.
Investigations are ongoing.
