Court Appearance - €446,000 of Cannabis Seized by Revenue and Man Arrested, Dublin Airport, 15th April 2025

Gardaí arrested a man following a seizure of drugs by Revenue at Dublin Airport today, Tuesday 15th April 2025. €446,000 worth of suspected cannabis herb (22.3kg) was seized by Revenue Customs Officers.

The man, aged in his 20s, was arrested by Gardaí and detained under Section 2 of the Criminal Justice (Drug Trafficking) Act, 1996 at a Garda Station in North Dublin.

He has since been charged and was expected to appear before the Criminal Courts of Justice this afternoon, Tuesday 15th April 2025 at 4pm.

Investigations are ongoing.
