Operation Tara – Man arrested and €200,000 Drugs Seized, North Dublin, Friday 20th September 2024

Gardaí have arrested a man and seized drugs worth €200,000 as part of searches in Dublin 17 earlier today Friday, 20th September 2024.

Gardaí attached to the Coolock Drugs Unit stopped and searched a vehicle, during the course of which €200,000 of suspected cannabis was seized.

The drugs will now undergo analysis by Forensic Science Ireland.

A man (40s) was arrested and is currently detained at a Garda Station in the Dublin area under Section 4 Criminal Justice Act, 1984.
