Court Appearance: False Imprisonment Incident, Bolton Street, Dublin 7, 26th September 2024

Seven of the eight males arrested in connection with the alleged false imprisonment of a female at a property in Bolton Street, Dublin 7 on Thursday, 26th September 2024 have now been charged.

They are due to appear before the Criminal Courts of Justice (CCJ), Court No. 2 at 10:30am this morning, Saturday 28th September 2024.

The eighth arrested male, aged in his 40s, remains detained under Section 4 of the Criminal Justice Act, 1984 at a Garda station in the Dublin region.

Investigations ongoing.
