Court Appearance - Operation Tara - Firearm, Ammunition and Drugs Seized in Saggart, Co. Dublin 24th October 2024

A male in his teens arrested in connection with this investigation has now been charged. He is scheduled to appear before Dublin District Court, Court No. 2, at the Criminal Courts of Justice on Saturday, 26th October 2024, at 10:30am.

The other four individuals arrested have been released from the provisions of Section 30 of the Offences Against the State Act, 1939 and files will be prepared for the Director of Public Prosecutions.
