Court Appearance – Operation Táirge - Investigations into Retail Theft in North Dublin

On Sunday, 24th November, 2024, Gardaí from the Divisional Crime Task Force in DMR North arrested a man in his 50s. This planned operation was part of ongoing investigations into recent thefts from retail stores across North Dublin.

The man was taken to a Garda station in North Dublin and subsequently charged with 46 counts of theft and one count of assaulting a retail worker. He is scheduled to appear before Dublin Metropolitan District Court, Court 4, Criminal Courts of Justice on Monday, 25th November, 2024, at 10:30am.
