Gardaí at Mayorstone, Limerick have arrested two men as part of an ongoing investigation into the murder of Lee Slattery (24), whose body was discovered in the Delmege House estate near Moyross, Limerick, in May, 2010.
Both men were arrested yesterday evening 21st May, 2024 and are detained under Section 50 of the Criminal Justice Act, 2007, and Section 30 of the Offences Against the State Act, 1939 at Garda Stations in the Limerick Division.
The woman in her 30s who was arrested on 19th May, 2024 continues to remain in Garda custody. The two males arrested on 20th May were released without charge last night and a file will be prepared for the Director of Public Prosecutions.
