Witness Appeal Discharge of a Firearm, Drombanna, Limerick – 23rd March 2024

Gardaí are appealing for witnesses following the discharge of a firearm in Drombanna, Limerick on Saturday 23rd March 2024.

Gardaí responded to reports of shots fired at a residence at approximately 9pm that evening. Criminal damage occurred at the property and no persons were injured during the incident.

Investigating Gardaí in Roxboro Garda Station are appealing to any person who may have information in relation to this incident to contact them.

Any person who was in the Drombanna, Rathurd, Ballyclough, Ballyneety and surrounding areas on Saturday the 23rd of March 2024, between 8.45pm – 9.15pm and who may have mobile phone or dash cam footage, is asked to make this available to Gardaí.

In particular Gardaí, are looking to speak with anyone who may have seen a silver hatchback Mercedes at any of these locations.
