Two Males Arrested by Garda Extradition Unit in Counties Donegal and Meath on Wednesday 12th June 2024

This morning (Wednesday 12th June 2024), Gardaí from the Garda Extradition Unit with assistance by the Special Detective Unit, arrested two males (both in their 70s) in counties Donegal and Meath in a planned operation with the Police Service of Northern Ireland, on foot of extradition warrants under the Trade and Cooperation Agreement (TaCA) issued by the Northern Ireland Authorities.

One of the males will appear before the High Court, Criminal Courts of Justice, Dublin, this morning.

The second male will appear before the High Court in Dublin later today
