Court Appearance: Investigations into Criminal Incidents in the DMR West, May 2024

Gardaí investigating criminal incidents of arson and the discharge of a firearm in the Ronanstown and Clondalkin areas, between the 8th and 15th May 2024, have arrested two men.

Both men (aged in their 20s) were detained under Section 50 of the Criminal Justice Act 2007 at Garda Stations in Dublin.

One man has since been charged and is due to appear before the Criminal Courts of Justice this morning Saturday, 15th June 2024 at 10.30am

The second man has been released without charge and a file will be prepared for the Director of Public Prosecutions.

Investigations are ongoing.
