Gardaí investigating the discovery of the body of a male in an apartment at the Diamond in Clones, Co. Monaghan on Saturday 1st June, 2024 have today arrested a male in connection with this incident.
The male, aged in his 40s, was arrested contrary to Section 3 of the Non-Fatal Offences Against the Person Act, 1997 and is currently detained under Section 4 of the Criminal Justice Act, 1984 at a Garda station in Co. Monaghan.
