Update (12): Court Appearance - Serious Public Disorder, Dublin City Centre, November 23rd, 2023

Gardaí have charged four (4) people who were arrested this morning, Tuesday 23rd July 2024, in connection with the ongoing investigations into the serious public disorder events of 23rd November 2023, in Dublin city centre.

One female and three males will appear before the Criminal Courts of Justice (Court 1) this afternoon, Tuesday 23rd July 2024 at 4.30pm.

The five (5) men who were also arrested this morning remain detained under Section 4 of the Criminal Justice Act, 1984, at Garda stations in the Dublin Metropolitan Region (DMR).
