Gardaí in Store Street have this morning, Tuesday 23rd July, 2024 conducted a total of ten (10) searches at seperate locations across Dublin City in connection with the ongoing investigations into the serious public disorder events of 23rd November 2023, in Dublin city centre.
During the course of the searches nine (9) people were arrested, (8 (eight) men and 1 (one) woman). They are all currently detained under Section 4 of the Criminal Justice Act, 1984, at Garda stations in the Dublin Metropolitan Region (DMR). This brings the number of arrests in this ongoing investigation to 49.
