Operation Tara - €120,000 Cannabis Herb Seized and Two Individuals Arrested - Balbriggan, Co. Dublin, 4th July 2024

As part of Operation Tara, Gardaí seized approximately €120,000 worth of suspected cannabis herb (pending analysis) and arrested two men on Thursday, 4th July 2024.
The seizure occurred following a search of a residential property in the Balbriggan area shortly after 8:00 am.

The two men, aged in their late 20s and early 30s, were detained for questioning at a Garda station in the Dublin region.

Both individuals have since been charged and are scheduled to appear before Balbriggan District Court later this month.

Investigations are ongoing.
