€3m Cocaine Seizure and Man Arrested, Clondalkin, Dublin - 9th July 2024

Gardaí have seized cocaine valued at €3m and arrested a man in his 30s following a search operation at a residence in Clondalkin, Dublin on Tuesday 9th July 2024.

The operation was conducted by Gardaí attached to the Serious Crime South in Clondalkin & Ballyfermot.

The suspected cocaine will now be sent to Forensic Science Ireland (FSI) to undergo analysis.

The arrested man, aged in his 30s, is currently detained at a Garda Station in the DMR under Section 2 of the Criminal Justice (Drug Trafficking) Act, 1996.

Investigations are ongoing.
