Gardaí are appealing for witnesses to a fatal incident which occurred at Junction 6 on the M50 southbound at Castleknock, Dublin 15, on Sunday 14th January 2024 at approximately 8.15pm.
A male (30’s) was pronounced deceased at the scene. The body was later removed to the mortuary at Connolly Hospital Blanchardstown. No other injuries to persons have been reported.
The scene was preserved and a technical examination was carried by Garda Forensic Collision Investigators.
Any road users who may have camera footage (including dash-cam) and were travelling in the area of Junction 6 of the M50, Castleknock, Dublin 15, between 7.30pm and 8.30pm on Sunday 14th January 2024 are asked to make this footage available to Gardaí.
