Witness Appeal: Burglary in Ballinaclash, Ballard, Co. Wicklow, 2nd January 2024

Gardaí in Wicklow are appealing for witnesses following a burglary that took place at a private residence in Ballard, County Wicklow on Tuesday, 2nd January 2024.

The burglary took place at a house in the Cushbawn residential estate in Ballinaclash, Ballard, County Wicklow between the hours of 6.45pm and 7.15pm on Tuesday evening, 2nd January 2024.

No person was present in the property at the time of the incident. A number of items were taken from the property.

Gardaí are appealing to anyone who may have information in relation to this incident to contact them. In particular, Gardaí are appealing to anyone who observed a black Volkswagen Passat parked in the Furnace Glen residential estate on the evening of Tuesday, 2nd January 2024.

Any road users or pedestrians who were in the vicinity of Ballinaclash between 6.30pm and 7.30pm and who may have camera footage (including dash cam) is asked to make this available to investigating Gardaí.
