Update 15: Court Appearance - Fatal Assault, Blanchardstown, Dublin 15. 24th December, 2023.

Gardaí have charged one of the males arrested on Sunday morning 28th January, 2024 as part of the investigation into the murder of Tristan Sherry that occurred at a premises on the Main Street in Blanchardstown, Dublin 15 at approximately 8pm on Sunday, 24th December 2023.

He is due to appear before Blanchardstown District Court this morning, Monday 29th January, 2024 at 10.30am.

The second male, a juvenile, that was also arrested on Sunday morning, has been released without charge and a file will be prepared for the Director of Public Prosecutions.
