Update 12: Fatal Assault, Blanchardstown, Dublin 15, 24th December, 2023

As part of the ongoing investigation into the serious incident at a premises on Main Street in Blanchardstown, Dublin 15, on 24th December 2023, Gardaí arrested a male earlier this morning, Tuesday, 23rd January 2024.

The male is currently detained at a Garda Station in the DMR under Section 4 of the Criminal Justice Act, 1984.

This is the seventh individual to be arrested as part of this investigation.

A Garda spokesperson is not available at this time.
