Gardaí in Letterkenny are investigating a number of thefts from vehicles which occurred in the Letterkenny district, Co. Donegal, over the weekend of Friday 19th – Sunday 21st January 2024.
As part of this investigation Gardaí have conducted a search of a premises within the Letterkenny district on the morning of Tuesday 23rd January 2024.
Further to the search, a male (30’s) has been arrested in connection with the investigation and is currently detained at a Garda Station in the Co. Donegal area under the provisions of Section 4 of the Criminal Justice Act 1984.
Gardaí are issuing a renewed appeal for information, to anyone who may have witnessed any unusual activity or vehicles in the Convoy, Raphoe and Castlefin, Co. Donegal areas over the weekend of Friday 19th – Sunday 21st January 2024.
