Gardaí in Cork continue to investigate all the circumstances surrounding the murder of 47 year-old Kieran Quilligan, who was reported missing from his home in Cork City Centre since Friday evening, 1st September 2023.
Gardaí have today, Sunday 4th February 2024, arrested two males, aged in their 20’s and 30’s, on suspicion of murder.
Both males are remanded in custody and detained pursuant to the provisions of Section 4 of the Criminal Justice Act, 1984 at a Garda Station in Cork City.
Gardaí continue to appeal to anyone who has any information on the murder of Kieran Quilligan to contact Bridewell Garda Station on (021) 494 3330, the Garda Confidential Line on (1800) 666 111 or any Garda Station.
As this is an ongoing operational matter, a Garda spokesperson is not available.
