As part of ongoing investigations into drug related intimidation in the North Dublin region, Gardaí in the DMR North arrested one man on Tuesday, 13th February 2024.
This investigation is part of Operation Fógra and relates to suspected incidents of drug related intimidation committed between 2022 and 2023.
The man (aged in his 20s) was arrested under organised crime legislation and detained under Section 50 of the Criminal Justice Act, 2007, at a Garda station in North Dublin.
He has since been charged and is due to appear before the Criminal Courts of Justice (Court 4) this morning, Thursday 15th February 2024 at 10.30am.
Investigations are ongoing.
