Court Appearance - Firearm Seized and Arrest, Finglas, Dublin 11, 3rd February 2024

A man in his 40s, who was arrested following the seizure of a firearm in Dublin 11 on Saturday, 3rd February 2024, has been released from the provisions of Section 30 of the Offences against the State Act, 1939, and subsequently charged.

He is scheduled to appear before the Criminal Courts of Justice, Court number 2, tomorrow morning, 5th February 2024, at 10:30 am.

Investigations are ongoing.
