Court Appearance: Criminal Damage at a Building in Killarney, Co. Kerry, 1st January 2024

Gardaí investigating the alleged criminal damage to a residential building in Killarney, County Kerry, on 1st January 2024 arrested a man yesterday, Tuesday 6th February 2024.

The male (aged in his 20s) was arrested yesterday evening and detained under Section 4 of the Criminal Justice Act, 1984, at a Garda station in County Kerry.

He has since been charged and is due to appear before Tralee District Court this morning, Wednesday 7th February 2024, at 10.30am.
