Court Appearance - Serious Assault, Dame Street, Dublin 2, Saturday 14th December 2024

The second man in his 30s arrested by Gardaí at Pearse Street investigating a serious assault on Dame Street, Dublin 2, on Saturday, 14th December 2024, has now been charged.

He is expected to appear before Dublin District Court, Court 3, Criminal Courts of Justice this morning, Thursday, 19th December 2024.

One of the injured parties, a male in his 40s, remains in critical condition in Beaumont Hospital.

Investigations are ongoing.
