Court Appearance - Incident of trespassing and threatening behaviour at a premises in Kilsallaghan, North Dublin

Gardaí attended the scene of a reported incident of trespassing and threatening behaviour at a premises in Kilsallaghan, North County Dublin at approximately 11:45pm on Tuesday, 6th of August 2024.

Three men (30s) (40s) and (20s) were subsequently arrested and have since appeared before the Criminal Courts of Justice (CCJ)

A fourth male (70s) arrested this morning has now been charged and is due to appear before court one at the CCJ shortly.

As this matter is before the courts, no further information is available at this time.
