Court Appearance: Firearm Incident at a Premises in Terenure, Dublin 6, 2nd August 2024

Gardaí have arrested and charged a man following an incident involving a firearm at a retail premises in Terenure, Dublin 6 on Friday, 2nd August 2024.

A firearm was recovered by Gardaí following the incident. One man (aged in his 30s) was arrested yesterday, Wednesday 7th August 2024 and detained under Section 30 of the Offences Against the State Act, 1939 at a Garda station in Dublin.

He has since been charged and is due to appear before the Criminal Courts of Justice (Court 2) this morning, Thursday 9th August 2024 at 10.30am.
