Gardaí attached to the Northern Division in the Dublin Metropolitan Region carried out a high visibility policing operation in order to identify, target and disrupt criminal conduct which affects communities in the region during the month of September, 2023.
The operation follows coordination of investigations, the targeting of recidivist criminals, proactive and high visibility patrols, all of which are supported by Forensic Science Ireland.
A total of 17 (seventeen) persons, 15 (fifteen) men and two woman ranging in age from 17 to 65 years of age are due to appear before the Dublin District Courts tomorrow morning Monday 25th September, 2023 at 10.30a.m. charged with 32 separate offences.
These charges relate to crimes which are affecting communities across the Northern Division and include Burglary, Assault, Violent Disorder, Criminal Damage and Serious Assault. Investigations ongoing.
