Witness Appeal - Serious Public Disorder, Dublin City Centre, 23rd November 2023

An Garda Síochána continue a criminal investigation into all of the circumstances of the Violent Disorder and Public Order events that occurred on Thursday, 23rd November 2023.

An incident room has been established at Store Street Garda Station and a Senior Investigating Officer has been appointed.

An Garda Síochána are in the process of collating and harvesting CCTV and social media images from the events on Thursday 23rd November 2023.

An Garda Síochána wishes to acknowledge the significant volume of support received from the public to date including calls to Store Street Garda Station, the Garda Confidential Phone Number and receipt of images and videos from members of the Public.

The investigation team are requesting that any person who was present in Dublin City Centre on Thursday 23rd November 2023 and may have video footage or images, in any format, to contact Gardaí at Store Street Garda Station via email at store.street.public@garda.ie, with their contact details only. The public are not requested to submit any footage at this time. Members of the investigation team will make contact with them to arrange for the appropriate collection of any video footage.

An Garda Síochána continues to appeal to any person with any information on the events on Thursday evening or has any information on persons organising or involved in Thursday’s events to contact the Garda investigation team.
