Man Arrested and Charged - Serious Assault on Aughrim Street, Dublin 7, 18th November 2023

Gardaí from Bridewell District, Dublin, investigating an incident of assault on Aughrim Street, Dublin 7, which occurred on the night of Saturday 18th November 2023, have arrested and charged a man.

The male (30’s) was detained at a Garda station in Dublin, under the provisions of Section 4 of the Criminal Justice Act, 1984.

He has since been charged, and is due to appear before Court No. 4 of the Criminal Courts of Justice (CCJ), on Monday 20th November 2023, at approximately 10.30am.
