Court Appearance: Fatal Road Traffic Collision, M8 Mitchelstown, 1st July, 2023.

Gardaí investigating the fatal road traffic collision that occurred on the M8 at Ballybeg, Mitchelstown, Co. Cork in the early hours of Saturday morning, 1st July, 2023 have charged a male youth.

The male youth, is due to appear before the Juvenile Court in Mallow District Court, this morning Wednesday 8th November, 2023 charged in relation to this fatal road traffic collision.
